Exchange Policy

booktionary.com.bd ("us", "we", or "our") operates the http://booktionary.com.bd/ website (the "Service").

*You can exchange only the books those are purchased from booktionary.com.bd and those are exchangeable declared in website.

*Do not remove the sticker affixed with exchangeable books.

*Do not damage, strike, draw, cut any part of the books which are exchangeable 

*You can exchange only one book with another exchangeable one.

*Every exchangeable book can be exchanged within 7 months from purchase date

*In the case of removed or damaged sticker the book can be sold to us with 25% of its sell price (website price)

*Outside Dhaka customer have to send the selected books exchange via courier or by any means to avails exchangeable offer.

*If anyone remove the sticker the book will not be exchangeable (for exchangeable books) 

*The old book you purchase from us basically used by our other user so there can be page missing or torn or ink spot or other minor issues.so by accepting this issues you have to order old books from us.

*Exchangeable books cannot be accepted without sticker affixed.

*You cannot exchange books with other product such as stationery, handicrafts or bookseller paper products or other type products displayed on website. 

* You cannot exchange full bundle with another bundle of books or other products. you can exchange from books of bundle one by one only with another exchangeable book. (One against one book system is applicable) 

* By accepting our terms and condition you are accepting our exchange policy.

*If the book you want to exchange is torn or damaged it will not accepted by our delivery man or by any member of company.

* Exchange policy is strictly followed for university and medical section in where only the books are declared exchangeable is applicable for exchange policy.

*General, Academy, Handicraft, Stationary is not under exchangeable benefit. It only works under return policy. 

*Books cannot be exchanged by calling us at hotline, if you want to enjoy our book exchange facility you have to order it from our website by logging in. Offline called order will not acceptable as exchangeable item. Without logging in we cannot track your order history so you have to sign up and log in to your account to enjoy book exchange facility.
